Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent the company in the sale of equipment within a defined geographic area.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of features and benefits of all equipment sold by the dealership.
  • Implement and maintain regular customer call cycles within your area of responsibility.
  • Monitor competitive products and activity, and report findings to management promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within your assigned territory.
  • Understand and adhere to a clearly defined sales process.
  • Achieve sales objectives set by Brandt as part of the sales planning process, including market share targets.
  • Maintain assigned company vehicles and equipment.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of customer events.
  • Conduct field demonstrations of new equipment.
  • Monitor customer business trends and report significant developments to management.
  • Stay current with available financing options to assist customers with purchasing decisions.
  • Attend relevant sales training events and seminars.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports as required by management.
  • Maintain knowledge of used equipment values and evaluate trade-ins accurately.
