" Job Description Roles & Responsibilities You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts in coordination with the legal team, ensuring timely closure both internally and externally. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining custody of all executed contracts, ensuring documentation completeness and accessibility. You will be responsible for managing the full order lifecycle—from receipt and PO acknowledgment to issuing Proforma Invoices—while verifying all commercial details such as quantity, price, specifications, and payment terms. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to obtain order execution approvals and preparing post-approval checklists for Order Process Document (OPD) generation. You will be responsible for following up with logistics for shipping documents and dispatch details, ensuring timely delivery and communication with customers. You will be responsible for managing customer and agent commission debit notes, including payment realization, provisioning, and record maintenance. You will be responsible for handling sample requests and complaints, coordinating with Quality Control and Sales teams to ensure timely dispatch and resolution. You will be responsible for reviewing receivable status and customer credit limits, generating reports, and escalating potential delays or issues to management for timely intervention. " Qualifications Qualifications, Skills & Experience Educational Qualification Graduation in any field is mandatory. Minimum Work Experience 4+ / 6+ years of experience.
