Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Territory Manager to join our passionate and high-performing team, managing a well-established customer base across Perth’s southern suburbs and regional areas including Bunbury, Busselton, and Margaret River. In this pivotal role, you’ll be working closely with painters and builders, supporting their businesses while driving new growth opportunities through strategic account management and prospecting.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role perfect for someone who’s ready to pick up the phone, get out on the road, and make an impact. You’ll bring energy, resilience, and strong communication skills to a fast-moving, dynamic environment—navigating pricing conversations, building loyalty, and helping customers see the value Dulux brings beyond just price. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
