The Role Territory Managers partner with independent retailers across multiple channels, including hardware stores, garden centers, drug and pharmacy retailers, specialty gift shops, hospital gift stores, and more. Manages and grows a portfolio of 100+ accounts independently Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on territory growth Builds and maintains strong, long-term retail partnerships Follows Evergreen’s Territory Manager playbook, including best practices and daily habits for success Is motivated by performance-based income through salary, commission, and bonuses.
