ABOUT YOU
We’re seeking a sales professional who is adept at becoming a trusted business partner, understands our clients and can provide practical solutions that add value. Operating in a similar role, you will have sales and technical expertise, and of course a visible passion for what you do, demonstrated through:
- Excellent relationship management, customer service and people skills
- Sales and revenue management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Proven influencing and negotiating skills with a focus on communicating value and meeting customer needs
- Business acumen and proficiency in planning, forecasting, pricing strategies, key account management and CRM utilisation
- Experience in the civil and/or energy sector is preferred
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Territory Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales in our Civil and Energy segments and represent Iplex within the Auckland to Northland region. You will be responsible for developing and executing plans to maximize sales and market share, while ensuring exceptional customer service:
- Partnering with our core merchants, to provide seamless end-to-end service from securing the business through to delivery
- Achievement of sales budgets and plans, encompassing pricing negotiations, order management, contract renewals, promotions etc.
- Deliver product training presentations and merchandising resources to support our channel partners
- Understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for sales growth with current and new partners
