Company Description Broking Company Job Description Territory Manager-Franchisee Key Responsibilities:  Lead Generation & Sourcing: Find prospects via events, data mining, referrals, networking, and cold outreach.  Prospect Qualification: Evaluate potential franchisees' capability, credibility, and commitment.  Sales & Negotiation: Present the franchise model, explain the value proposition, and close deals, meeting acquisition/revenue targets.  Onboarding & Training: Manage the full process from documentation to initial training and support.  Strategy & Reporting: Develop growth strategies, provide market feedback, track competitors, and report on performance.  Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams Essential Skills & Qualifications:  Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).  Experience: Sales, B2B, or franchise development experience in financial service industry.  Skills: Negotiation, communication, relationship building, strategic planning, data analysis, and strong presentation.  Attributes: Self-discipline, ambition, goal-orientation, and willingness to travel.
