Whether you are early on in your career or well established, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to develop professionally, has a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute to a high performing team.What's on offer Base salary, car allowance, fuel card/etag, super and quarterly commission Opportunity for ongoing training and development and career progression Supportive, collaborative, inclusive team Attractive remuneration package + commissions Opportunity to work with and manage a variety of clients & their portfolios What you'll be responsible for Hunt and establish new business growth for Veolia’s Environmental Services line of business across the Melbourne area Develop and maintain a sales pipeline with forecast opportunities identified as short, medium-and long-term prospects Monitor the satisfaction levels of customers to provide a quality service that exceeds their expectations Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers and marketplace within the defined territory Work with the Field Sales Manager, and other sales team members to maximise business opportunities What you'll need to be successful Previous experience within a business development or account management role A track record for maintaining and developing relationships with high level stakeholders Valid Drivers License Excellent relationship management and communication skills Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail with a proactive, self-starting approach. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a track record of identifying and delivering innovative solutions to customers.
