GSK is looking to hire a Territory Manager - Manitoba to join our Canadian Sales team. This is a full-time, field-based role covering the province of Manitoba, with regular travel to locations across the region, including Winnipeg and surrounding communities. This position is a critical part of GSK’s commercial organization, responsible for leading territory strategies, executing business plans, and driving uptake across our diverse portfolio, which includes vaccines, specialty medicines, and general medicines.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical, Marketing, and Market Access, to ensure alignment and effective execution. Your expertise and customer focus will enable optimized patient access, strong HCP engagement, and measurable business results in the Manitoba market.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., health sciences, business, or related discipline)
  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceuticals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time across a broad territory
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within Manitoba

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales or direct experience working with healthcare professionals
  • Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system and its stakeholders, particularly within Manitoba
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital platforms to manage customer interactions
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, extract insights, and translate them into actionable business plans
  • Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset
