Territory Manage r, Advanced Wound Management ( AWM ) Hospital – Christchurch

The main responsibility of this role is to p erform the following functions on behalf of the Company and in doing so represent the Company in compliance with the Code of Conduct and Business Principles and the employment agreement.
Due to internal transfer a unique opportunity has arisen to join our high performing NZ wound care team.

• Achieve territory sales target for allocated products . De velop and maintain opportunities and key account management plans for selected products using available tools e.g. Synapse, Sportsman.
• Be a ccountable for implementation of marketing/ channel strategies.
• Ensure that all territory planning activities help drive the correct actions to maximize the return on the investment as per playbook.
• In line with KPIs spend a minimum of 80% of working week in Focus and Optimise accounts.
• Monitor territory sales progression to targets and initiate corrective action where appropriate .
• Actively participate at all scheduled sales and team huddle meetings.
• Work effectively in conjunction with other S+N staff where overlap of territory/account responsibilities exists.
