Job Description About the Role: We’re looking for a driven Industrial Sales Territory Manager who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and growing accounts. You’ll be the face of a well-established national brand in industrial MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) supplies — with a loyal customer base and a massive untapped market. What You’ll Do: Manage and grow a defined territory by developing new accounts and expanding existing relationships. Sell a broad catalog of industrial products — tools, fasteners, safety gear, electrical components, and more. Conduct onsite visits and product demos; build long-term, repeat-business partnerships. Manage your own schedule — plan routes, appointments, and follow-ups effectively. Qualifications What You Bring: 3+ years of outside B2B or route sales experience (industrial, automotive, building materials, or related). Self-starter mentality — you like the road, your independence, and setting your own pace. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Reliable transportation for client visits and occasional regional travel. Comfort with technology for CRM updates, route planning, and virtual meetings.
