Description

Cardinal Health is currently seeking a Territory Manager, Long Term Care to join the team on a full-time permanent basis, to cover the province of Alberta (field) & Saskatchewan (remote). Ideal candidate must be located in Southern Alberta.
The incumbent will maintain and expand relationships with strategically important medium and large chain long-term care and retirement customers. This individual is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives, as well as preparing for and participating in quarterly business reviews.
The Territory Manager represents the entire range of company products, and the company meets services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations. The Territory Manager is responsible to work autonomously and will take the accountability for their designated territory.

Your Contributions to the Organization will be:

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Work closely with senior management and all Cardinal Health client resources to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Enlist the support of clinical specialists, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
