Description

We’re seeking a proactive Territory Manager (Maternity Cover) on a self-employed basis to oversee our Well Polished cleaning franchise in Ashford and Bexhill. This flexible, part-time role (approx. 10–15 hours per week) pays £600 per month plus performance-related bonuses. You’ll work from home, manage client and cleaner relationships, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Laptop required; a work phone will be provided.
Location: Remote (covering TN18–TN19 and TN23–TN40 postcodes)
Contract: Temporary, 3–6 months (Maternity Cover), self-employed basis, with potential for ongoing work afterwards
Hours: Approx. 10–15 hours per week. Flexible schedule, but must be available between 9am–5pm for calls and emails.
Start Date: End of November / Early December (flexible for training if earlier)
Equipment: Own laptop required. A work phone will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and cleaners within the territory.
  • Manage scheduling, allocate cleaners, and arrange cover when needed.
  • Handle client queries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day management of self-employed cleaners.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of service across the territory.
  • Keep accurate records and manage workflows using our bespoke CRM system, WhatsApp, and Front email platform (training provided).
  • Complete occasional in-area visits if required (mileage reimbursed).
