To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager - Melbourne Metro Region where you will deliver category growth in all customers through: Selling against commercial and customer plans to ensure we secure ranging, displays and promotional support of our brands; Sell with insights to influence all potential sales drivers such as share of shelf, front of store, off location and front-end execution; Drive profitability through managing mix of products displaye.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Territory & Customer Management: Handle a diverse customer base across multiple channels, ensuring execution of plans and compliance with journey plans.
  • Relationship & Influence: Build strong store-level relationships to drive inventory decisions and secure impactful product displays.
  • Sales & Promotion Execution: Lead new product and promotional planning, ensuring in-store standards and staff readiness.
  • Business Growth & Strategy Delivery: Drive new business opportunities and execute commercial initiatives aligned with sales strategy and channel goals.
  • Data & Stakeholder Engagement: Use data insights to inform decisions and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
