We’re looking for a Territory Manager to lead our commercial efforts in Northern Mozambique covering the Nampula, Zambezia, Cabo Delgado, Niassa region. About the role As Territory Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our regional sales strategy. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure sustainable business growth. You’ll lead a high-performing sales team, monitor market trends, and identify new opportunities to expand our footprint. What you’ll do Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with business goals Monitor team performance and coach for success Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities Build strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders Ensure effective implementation of customer strategies at point of sale Report on regional sales results and lead performance reviews. Degree in a business-related field Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG sales, preferably in General Trade Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication and influencing abilities Proactive, confident, and resilient under pressure Fluent in English with solid computer skills Passion for customers and a growth mindset.
