Territory Manager, Orthopaedics - Melbourne Physical well-being is more than just body; it includes our minds and emotions. This role be responsible for selling a range of medical equipment products and services by using specialised knowledge. Main focus will be on business growth within the defined territory by maximising sales of Smith + Nephew Reconstruction products and brands through regular contact with the target custom base. What will you be doing? Territory Management: Manage assigned sales territory ensuring all company policies and protocols are followed with particular focus on the safety and compliance elements. Mentor, coach and support less experienced sales and clinical support members in providing exceptional case support and training. Sales Cadence & Administration: Ensure the execution and reporting of sales and marketing activities in territory. Ensure the appropriate execution of the allocation spreadsheet, territory management plans, consignment agreements, tenders/ pricing requests, special pricing, and customer profiles/ preferences. Create accurate sales forecast and provide timely monthly reporting to the Regionals sales manager on the actual to forecast. Team Collaboration: Participate as an active member and at all scheduled meetings (Regional/National team), leading projects and initiatives for the state and/or franchise Professional Ethics & Compliance Adopt a continuous improvement approach to all work processes, by utilizing sales automation to improve workflow, time management, communication and increase client contact time. What will you need to be successful? Tertiary qualifications in science or business-related discipline Proven experience in orthopaedics and/or endoscopy clinical support or exceptional sales experience in related medical devices Strong selling skills (in medical device) Strong understanding of orthopaedics and/ or endoscopy therapies products and industry To apply, please ensure that you include a cover letter addressing it to Talent Acquisition Lead ANZ.
