THE OPPORTUNITY

OzTREKK is Canada’s leading educational agent with a simple goal: to help Canadian students have the most positive and seamless experience with applying to Australian universities. At OzTREKK we assist Canadian students with the whole application process to apply to Australian/New Zealand universities. Since we are hired by our university partners, all of our services to students are free! Our philosophy is to always put our students first and our team likes to have fun along the way.
The OzTREKK team is made up of intelligent, humble, and thoughtful individuals who will more than likely send you a funny GIF on your first day! We are extremely passionate about helping students make their dreams come true and we are (humbly) amazing at what we do. Being part of the OzTREKK team means that you will laugh, your ideas will always be taken seriously, and you will truly have an opportunity to make an impact in our company.
We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our remote Recruitment Team in a contract position for one year. This Territory Manager will be based in Canada but will oversee recruitment efforts in the United States. The ideal candidate will be confident, creative, and excited to talk to others about Australia! We are looking for a positive individual who is keen to bring new ideas to the team as this role will be helping the organization establish a new territory.
As a Territory Manager you will develop and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of partners & stakeholders. These accounts will consist of university student groups, university advisors and high school advisors.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and manage a wide variety of student recruitment activities, including coordination of presentations (virtually and in-person) for universities and high schools across Canada
  • Establish and maintain relationships with influential student groups and local high school advisors
  • Travel across North America to host information sessions, attend fairs, and meet with your stakeholders (recruitment travel season is primarily concentrated between September - November; January – April)
  • Create annual territory sales plan to meet territory targets
  • Work closely with our internal Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure that OzTREKK’s exceptional services are top of mind for any students considering education abroad
