Core objective of this Territory Manager role is to support the Peripheral Intervention division in achieving sales targets, goals and objectives of the division: to aid the achievement of customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning; and to support customers with clinical expertise to enable optimal patient outcomes. This role will support the Peripheral Interventions division which includes the Core Vascular Portfolio. This role is based in Western Australia and will report to the Sales Manager, Interventional Oncology ANZ and Peripheral Interventions WA. WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? Develop and execute on territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and drive new business in the assigned territory. Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals & objectives. Proactively partner with state-based Peripheral Interventions colleagues and the Regional Sales Manager to foster collaboration, drive alignment, and create synergy across product portfolios. Align with the business strategy to visit customers and potential customers of Boston Scientific on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve sales targets. Provide a high standard of customer service and technical support to our customers and cultivate relationships with hospital staff across all areas. Identify competitor activities, work with state-based colleagues and management to devise action plans to convert to BSC products. Maintain all company assets, administrative duties, including assigned inventory, in good order and in accordance with BSC audit and Quality process requirements. Regularly review sales data to understand products that are increasing and declining to identify drivers to achieve plan and gaps to plan (both account level and product level analysis) Complete regular market analysis and reporting To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.
