POSITION: Territory Manager BUSINESS: Food & Beverage REPORTS TO: District Manager RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. To develop business in the Pharma segment through cold calls to generate interest in the customer, understand customer needs, have the proposal made, and execute the cleaning solutions to meet the customer needs, to create additional business for Diversey-Solenis. 2. Ability to demonstrate value proposition and close the sale. 3. Ability to conceptualize and develop the complete solution for the customer to generate business. 4. Development and delivery of presentations and proposals. 5. Sound understanding of the commercial environment and efficient management of distributors. 6. Build sustainable and mutually beneficial customer relationships. 7. Ability to work in a team. 8. Maintaining the basic sales function of the territory. Maintain & maximise the sales with the customer group. Timely collection of payments. 9. Continuous opportunity spotting and move to close these regularly. 10. Carrying out performance /proof-in trials. 11. Basic customer service by providing technical support to the customer. 12. Problem-solving during performance issues. 13. Maintaining regular service visits /reports. 14. Maintaining a positive customer perception for Diversey. Owner of the customer account within Diversey in all aspects. 15.
