We are a plumbing and irrigation supply house that also specializes in kitchen, bath, appliances, and lighting. The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, and team development across multiple branch locations within an assigned region. This role partners closely with branch leadership to grow market share, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure consistent execution of company standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment and has a strong background in wholesale distribution and contractor-focused sales. Responsibilities and Duties: Sales & Business Growth Drive revenue growth by setting performance targets and executing strategic sales plans Coach and support branch managers and sales teams to maximize performance Identify new business opportunities within the contractor and wholesale markets Branch & Operational Oversight Oversee daily operations across multiple branches to ensure consistency and efficiency Ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and service standards Support inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and product mix Customer & Vendor Relationships Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers, contractors, and vendors Address escalated customer concerns and ensure a high level of service Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and mentor branch leadership and team members Foster a positive, performance-driven, and team-first culture Financial Performance Monitor branch profitability and review P&L statements Implement strategies to control costs and improve operational efficiency Compliance & Safety Ensure all branches adhere to company policies, OSHA standards, and safety regulations What We Offer: Monday–Friday schedule (no nights or weekends) Competitive salary and incentive structure Car allowance and fuel card PCard for customer engagement Matching 401(k) and profit-sharing program Comprehensive benefits package with supplemental options Paid holidays, PTO, and sick leave Christmas bonus, team-building events and company picnic Employee discount program Career advancement and ongoing training opportunities Requirements Minimum Requirements 3+ years of leadership experience in wholesale distribution, supply house, or related industry Strong sales and business development background Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory (up to 80%) Preferred Experience Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or contractor supply industry Multi-location or regional management experience
