As the company expands, they are seeking a high-performing Sales Representative/Territory Manager to help build market presence in key regions. Position Overview In this role, you will sell advanced handheld retinal diagnostic equipment to optometrists and ophthalmologists across a multi-state territory. This is a hunter-focused position ideal for top-performing capital equipment reps with strong experience selling into private practices. This position is remote but requires residency in the Phoenix Metro Area due to territory alignment. Key Responsibilities Sell capital equipment to optometrists, ophthalmologists, and private practices. Build, maintain, and grow relationships with clinical decision-makers and practice owners. Drive new business development, prospecting, and territory expansion. Educate providers on the device’s clinical benefits, workflow efficiencies, and patient outcomes. Manage a large, multi-state territory with approximately 50% travel Required Qualifications 2+ years of capital equipment sales experience Eye care industry experience (optometry, ophthalmology) Proven track record of sales success (President’s Club, Rookie of the Year, or top 10–25% rankings) Experience selling into private physician practices Bachelor’s degree (4-year), GPA 2.8+ Currently employed with strong performance documentation Must live in Phoenix Metro Preferred Experience Selling diagnostic, imaging, or laser equipment Experience with handheld medical devices Aesthetic/laser device reps with capital equipment experience Relationships in optometry or ophthalmology markets
