Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Specifications/Facilities Territory Manager based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Specifications & Facilities Territory Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships within the engineering and facilities communities. This role represents our manufacturer partners by positioning their products as innovative, reliable solutions that meet customer needs and project specifications. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with exceptional relationship-building skills to drive growth and expand market presence. There will also be some back up involvement with contractors and wholesale distributors in this role Involves local travel within the territory to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct product training sessions. Out of state travel required for certain manufacturer trainings 1) Account management/Business Development/Outside Sales 2) Plumbing (Journeyman or Master plumber) 3) Engineer (working as a plumbing designer or PE) 4) Facilities Manager (overseeing Plumbing and/or Mechanical Services for a facility (facilities). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory Self-motivated and able to work independently Medical, Dental, 401k, cell phone, computer, profit sharing and bi-annual bonus structure.
