This role is responsible for growing sales, increasing product distribution, and developing strong relationships with key healthcare professionals across primary and secondary care settings within the NHS.

We Are Rosemont

For over 50 years, Rosemont Pharmaceuticals has been a trusted name in the development and manufacture of oral liquid medicines. With a portfolio of over 130 products - including 70 licensed medicines - we’re proud to support healthcare professionals and patients, especially those with swallowing difficulties.

Our purpose is clear: to improve patient outcomes through innovation in liquid formulations. We’re highly respected across the pharmaceutical industry and have played a key role in establishing best practices for dysphagia care.

Our mission is to create a globally connected, people-focused organisation where every individual is empowered to thrive and achieve their best. If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact to patients across the world and want to be part of a company with a strong heritage and ambitious vision, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will be accountable for growing volume and net sales across a designated geography, whilst maximising the distribution and profitability of the Rosemont portfolio through hospitals, Integrated Care Systems, and other NHS organisations. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in influencing prescribing behaviours, identifying patient and customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that improve patient outcomes.

As well as a competitive base salary this role also includes a car allowance.

  • Support the growth of primary care prescribing through targeted promotional activity.
  • Drive uptake of newly launched and unique Rosemont products.
  • Develop and maintain Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships within secondary care.
  • Monitor competitor activity and implement effective account strategies.
  • Promote best practice in medication management for patients with swallowing difficulties.
  • Utilise CRM systems, sales data and territory business plans to maximise effectiveness and performance.
  • Maintain compliance with ABPI requirements, company procedures, quality standards and health & safety policies.
