ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS    * Contact new and existing accounts and provide support by understanding the customer’s business, anticipating their future needs and becoming their primary supplier * Ensure CRM records are up to date and kept current. * Participate in all the required training. * Plan travel and maintain accurate records, including expense reimbursement and other documentation, as needed. * Analyze territory/market potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the Company. * Make outbound visits, handle prospect calls and attend trade shows. * Achieve sales quotas and meet deadlines. * Maintain vast product knowledge to emphasize product features and benefits, negotiate prices, discuss terms and prepare sales agreements and/or reports. Perform additional duties as required to support the department's effective operation.   QUALIFICATIONS * Strong sales, presentation and negotiation skills. * Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas. * Shooting/hunting outdoor experience preferred. * High level of integrity and strong work ethic. * Military background a plus. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Able to lift, carry and transport heavy sample cases and trade show materials. * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP/NetSuite. * HubSpot/Salesforce experience is not required but a bonus. * Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.  The employee may be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull and operate office machinery and motor vehicles.  * Must be able to lift to (50) pounds * Must be willing to travel up to 50%.
