Your role will be to deliver category growth in all customers through: Selling against commercial and customer plans to ensure we secure ranging, displays and promotional support of our brands; Sell with insights to influence all potential sales drivers such as share of shelf, front of store, off location and front-end execution; Drive profitability through managing mix of products displayed. Build strong relationships with store and grocery managers to influence range, inventory, and displays. Sell in NPD and promotions, ensuring planogram compliance and staff awareness in-store. Drive new business across channels and deliver commercial calendar objectives using data and insights. Collaborate with key stakeholders and maintain tools of trade to execute the sales strategy effectively. Qualifications About you: Understand the customer supply chain to influence on-shelf availability. Identify in-store sales growth opportunities and implement plans aligned to Blueprint objectives. Use category data and insights effectively in all customer interactions. Conduct confident, natural sales conversations that drive customer action. Anticipate objections and apply negotiation skills and retail maths to close opportunities.
