JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As a Territory Manager, you will manage commercial activities in your assigned region in Finland, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards. Reporting to the Sales Manager Surgery Nordics, you will develop and grow customer relationships while identifying and converting new opportunities focused on our hernia products. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives and support the development of others through training and coaching. This role involves traveling four days a week, with regular overnight stays.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts within your defined territory, including key regional customers
  • Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and execute territory plans in alignment with regional business objectives
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets and financial goals
  • Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and purchasing decision-makers
  • Assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions to maximise value
  • Lead contract discussions and manage the closing of sales agreements
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal procedures
