YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:

  • Driving revenue growth and expanding market share within your territory.
  • Engaging in the operating room to support surgeons with Stryker’s trauma products.
  • Providing technical insights and expertise to medical teams as needed.
  • Strategically positioning and promoting Stryker Trauma products to fulfill customer needs.
  • Managing your territory while becoming the trusted expert on our trauma solutions.
  • Monitoring territory performance and providing valuable feedback to your Regional Manager.
  • Proactively addressing product-related challenges with quick thinking and expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Experience in sales negotiation, territory planning, and lead generation.
  • A history of high performance in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry (preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or hospital market (preferred but not required).
