Responsibilities
  • Direct the region’s sales activities & develop Commercial sales plan to fulfill the assigned growth and revenue goals of their franchise
  • Responsible for ensuring the maximum sales volume of the Company’s products and services
  • Develop strategies for launching new accounts and greater penetration in existing accounts
  • Establish effective communications with other team members across the company
  • Build relationships with critical decision makers and KOL’S in the assigned area
  • Participate in scientific conferences, congresses and trade fairs in the UK
  • Maintain business expenses in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
  • Ability to travel 80% within region required

Your Expertise:

  • 5+years’ experience in medical device cardiovascular space is a must.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
  • Strategic selling skills. Ability to exercise judgment in selecting, methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  • Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively and proficiency in English

Preferred:

  • Include experience/skills/competencies and any physical requirements (e.g., lifting 50lbs/kg, etc.), where applicable.]
  • Able to lift up to 30kg
  • Standing long hours during procedures and at congresses
