We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our Upper Extremities team in Auckland, taking ownership of a key territory and building strong, long-term partnerships with surgeons and hospital teams. This role combines clinical expertise with commercial focus. You’ll be trusted to run your territory, supported by experienced leaders and a collaborative team who value accountability, development and results. What you’ll do: Manage and grow the Upper Extremities portfolio across your territory Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital stakeholders Provide clinical and technical support during procedures in theatre Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives Identify new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts Deliver product education, in-servicing and training to hospital teams Analyse sales data, market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy Manage stock, set logistics and case preparation accurately Who you are: Proven experience in medical device sales, orthopaedics or a related clinical sales environment Commercially minded with a strong focus on numbers, targets and execution Confident communicator who builds trust and influences outcomes Comfortable working in theatre and handling complex clinical conversations Organised, adaptable and solutions-focused Collaborative in approach while confident owning your territory Why Stryker? These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
