POSITION SUMMARY

The focus of Cleveland, OH based Territory Manager, Interventional Urology is to establish, build, and maintain professional relationships with KOLs and effectively communicate The UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer value propositions within Teleflex’s Interventional Urology portfolio. This position partners with cross-functional teams to communicate current market conditions and develop accounts to adopt UroLift and Barrigel products. This position requires thorough knowledge of the Urology field, ability to launch disruptive technologies, and strong motivation to over-deliver revenue versus sales plan.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience and or support role experience in the medical device industry, with a strong track record of success.

SPECIALIZED SKILLS / OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Operating room experience is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets consistently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in negotiation and adept at adapting to changing work priorities.
• Strong analytical capabilities to refine business plans and sales techniques effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40%-60% of the time, with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to manage overnight travel as required.

  The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $180,000 (inclusive of commissions) however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Commissions will also vary depending on individual performance. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. • Consistently or exceed quarterly sales quotas for UroLift and Barrigel products.
• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly territory plans outlining sales objectives and areas of opportunity for both product lines.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts for UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer products.
• Effectively communicate the value propositions of The UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer to customers.
• Identify, train, and develop accounts to integrate UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer products into their urology practices, aiming for high account adoption.
• Stay abreast of current market conditions and recommend enhancements to the commercial process for both product lines.
• Collaborate with the Professional Education teams to deliver comprehensive clinical training support to physicians, facilitating rapid clinical independence.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key customers/KOLs within the region.
• Collaborate closely with the RSMs, Sales & Marketing teams to prioritize customers for strategic corporate relationships.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of all required sales reporting forms in collaboration with the RSMs and Finance teams.
• Provide assistance in addressing product complaints and safety issues.
• Proactively adhere to organizational goals, policies, procedures, good manufacturing practices, and FDA regulations, including strict compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Maintain a professional and credible image with key stakeholders, including physicians, consultants, suppliers, and teammates.
• Establish and maintain necessary credentials to work in hospitals and medical facilities.
