Commercial Planning & Execution Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve revenue targets and ensure sustainable market growth. Foster strong relationships with existing accounts while identifying and cultivating new opportunities. Partner with the broader Rhythm Solutions team to drive customer training, engagement, and sales initiatives. Maintain deep knowledge of territory dynamics, competitive activity, and emerging customer needs. Lead or support tender submissions, pricing negotiations, and compliance with hospital procurement policies. Manage reporting, CRM updates (Salesforce), stock validations, and territory analytics. Build strong working relationships across departments and hospital networks to support optimal therapy delivery and awareness. Ensure timely documentation of clinical activities, including case reports and medical data collection. Business Acumen Demonstrates a strong understanding of core business and financial principles to inform decision-making and territory planning. Leverages knowledge of market dynamics, revenue drivers, and operational priorities to achieve commercial goals and support long-term business growth. Exhibits deep clinical and technical knowledge of left atrial appendage closure therapies, particularly the Watchman device and Access Solutions. Understands cardiac anatomy, physiology, and tissue interactions to support high-quality procedural outcomes. Completes all required training and proactively stays current on industry and product developments. Customer Focus Anticipates and understands the needs of internal and external customers, delivering tailored solutions that consistently exceed expectations. Ensures exceptional support across the full customer journey—from training and education to procedural excellence and post-implant follow-up. Relationship Building Builds and nurtures strong, trust-based relationships across hospital systems, physician networks, and internal teams. Promotes a culture of respect, inclusion, and collaboration while demonstrating integrity, authenticity, and strong interpersonal communication. Strategic Planning Effectively develops and executes territory plans that align with business objectives. Defines clear goals, milestones, and accountability metrics to guide performance, drive territory growth, and support broader team initiatives. Operational Execution Delivers on commitments with a focus on quality, consistency, and attention to detail. Drives projects to completion, managing competing priorities and ensuring all actions contribute to customer success and organizational excellence Tertiary qualifications in science, healthcare, or a related field. Proven ability to absorb complex technical information and apply this knowledge in the field. Excellent written & verbal communication. 3-5+ years in medical device sales or clinical support, ideally in cardiology, electrophysiology.or ultrasound (echo cardiography) Demonstrated success in both sales execution and procedural product support. Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and digital engagement platforms. Strong interpersonal, training, and communication skills; building and maintaining customer relationships Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
