As we expand our national footprint, we’re seeking a passionate and results-driven Territory Manager to champion our waterproofing product line across Central Canada.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, Sales, or Construction Management with 5 years of industry relevant experience or alternatively, a high School Diploma or GED with 7+ years of construction or related industry experience
  • 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in building materials or construction systems (e.g., waterproofing, air barriers or coatings)

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
  • Proficient in MS Office and mobile technology
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Customer-focused, persuasive, and driven to succeed
  • Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
Responsibilities

Reporting to the Canadian Sales Manager – Construction Systems, you will:

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and expectations
  • Prepare and deliver annual strategic business/territory plans with monthly forecasts
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the GTA and surrounding regions
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, general contractors, installers, architects, and engineering firms
  • Follow a structured sales process to identify prospects, gain commitment, and close deals
  • Create and deliver technical presentations, digital collateral, and product documentation
  • Conduct engaging product demos, presentations, and training sessions
  • Provide technical guidance and product recommendations tailored to project needs
  • Use technology daily for lead generation, account management, forecasting, and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and support
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
  • Uphold company policies, pricing, and operational procedures
