OVERVIEW

As the Territory Manager for the Western USA (OR,CA,WA,ID,NV), you will be the front-line leader driving revenue and relationships across key Western markets. Representing the CUTEK® brand, you’ll manage a territory with an established base of customers and strong growth potential. Your role is to grow sales, support distribution partners, engage key accounts, and activate the brand across multiple channels—distributors, dealers, and professional contractors.
You will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, leveraging CUTEK®’s premium positioning, proven product performance, and differentiated value to win brand awareness, shelf space, and market share. You will also collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver superior customer experiences and drive sustainable growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of sales experience in building materials, coatings, or adjacent industries
  • Proven territory management and relationship-building skills
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration ability
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • CRM literacy (preferably HubSpot) and strong reporting discipline
  • Comfortable with regular travel throughout the Western US territory
  • Excellent account management capabilities with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate teams and drive performance outcomes.

    Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
