WHAT’S THE ROLE?

This position is responsible for creation, maintenance and analytics of all sales and engineering territories within Hilti Latin America. It is a fast-paced role that combines operations and strategy, helping to shape the long- and short-term vision of Hilti and provides good exposure through the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

• Provide thought leadership, fact base, and tools to facilitate senior management decisions on segmentation and territory set-up across the region.
• Desing and maintain customer allocation
• Provide conceptual and operational support to market organizations in translating regional segmentation vision into local segmentation vision.
• Drive strategic territory management by identifying new business opportunities, improving future territory set-up, and preparing investment decisions.
• Drive operational territory management by monitoring current territory performance and identifying underperforming territories as well as root causes.
