Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, entry-level Territory Sales Assistant to provide administrative support to two of our Territory Sales Managers. This is a purely backend support role—not a sales or client-facing position. You’ll be responsible for maintaining internal systems, preparing data and documents for RFP responses, organizing campaign lists, coordinating contracts, and supporting other sales operations tasks. While this is not a sales role, there are opportunities to earn SPIFF bonuses based on successful RFP closings supported by your work. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, independence, and administrative coordination, and prefers to work behind the scenes to help drive team success.
