  • Completed training in a technical or commercial field or a university degree
  • With initial experience in field sales, you are a convincing interface between customers and Henkel with a confident manner, strong negotiating skills and a keen sense for the needs of your interlocutors
  • You are flexible and willing to travel and work efficiently and self-organized from your home office
  • You live in the sales area or are willing to relocate You also have a class B driving license
  • Business fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills
Responsibilities
  • As the central contact person for our existing customers from sectors such as mechanical and plant engineering, medical and electrical engineering as well as industrial wholesale in your area, you will develop sustainable and long-term customer relationships in close cooperation with our technical trading partners
  • Proactivity, analysis of market potential and targeted acquisition of new customers
  • Taking responsibility for sales planning, sales management, price development and allocation of your resources in the region
  • Technical advice and identification of savings potential in the use of adhesive and dispensing technology as well as development of sustainable application solutions with LOCTITE and other products from the Henkel industrial adhesives portfolio together with the customer
  • Close cooperation with our application technology experts
  • Independent implementation of training courses and workshops for technical trade partners and end customers and thus profitable further development of their skills
