Primary & Secondary sales from Grey/White/TA/ Direct channel partners Create and execute a sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports revenue and profit targets Identify opportunities for network expansion in the market like activation of new dealers, value upgradation of existing dealers etc. Ensure availability of the stock in the channel as per the market demand Placement of available product range in the channel Organize activities to engage influencers [Painters and Contractors] Enhance consumer experience by ensuring resolution of complaints within the defined timeline Competition benchmarking and Identify new market potential Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer’s real-time needs
Responsibilities
