We are looking for a talented Territory Sales – Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Sales in Henderson, CO. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:   * Drive revenue growth by converting inbound inquiries into sales, proactively developing new opportunities, and executing effective cross‑sell and up‑sell strategies.  * Expand the customer base through disciplined lead generation, cold calling, and targeted outreach that creates meaningful sales pipeline opportunities.  * Strengthen customer loyalty by delivering a seamless, customer‑centric sales experience from lead to close using the Cummins Sales Process.  * Support sales cycle efficiency by generating qualified leads, managing RFPs/quotations, and assisting sales representatives in negotiations aligned with company guidelines.  * Enhance operational accuracy by maintaining up‑to‑date customer records, managing account setups, and ensuring data integrity within CRM and sales systems.  * Resolve customer issues quickly by troubleshooting transaction challenges, addressing concerns, and escalating receivables or complex issues when needed.  * Improve forecasting and business planning by maintaining accurate sales entries, forecasts, and performance tracking using established tools and processes.  * Increase customer value and long‑term business growth by identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen internal coordination, and align inventory, service, and delivery with customer expectations.
