JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a high-energy and results-driven sales professional to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and brand awareness for the DRICORE and BARRICADE brands within stores in your assigned territory (Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba).
You will be responsible for driving conversions through in-aisle interaction with consumers, strategic merchandising and building strong relationships with store partners. In addition, you will plan and execute in-store events, product demonstrations, as well as product knowledge training sessions.
Ultimately, your goal is to maximize sales, create brand awareness as well as teach associates and end users about the value of our brands and products, to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
The individual we require must be driven, highly motivated and passionate about product and sales. They must have an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to organize, communicate and adapt to challenges. Also, must be responsible and self-disciplined, working independently in your territory with little supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Maximize sell-through of DRICORE and BARRICADE products by properly merchandising point of purchase material.
  • Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Strengthen and maintain positive relationships with customers and retail partners.
  • Monitor weekly sales and analyze results using our custom CRM app, to identify additional opportunities and achieve DIY store POS sales targets
  • Initiate and provide in-store product training sessions, events, and demonstrations to educate store associates, management, and customers.
