We are a well-established multi-state equipment/service provider, offering services to industrial markets with a strong emphasis on heavy equipment and specialized fleet rental needs.
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and managing relationships that produce business opportunities for Bulk Equipment and Bulk Lift Products. This position works closely with the Field Service Division managers and reports directly to the National Director of Sales. This position will be responsible for the implementation of the territory specific sales plan in the Memphis region as provided by management.

Responsibilities
  • Primary responsibility will be the acquisition of new accounts.
  • Cultivate strong relationships to facilitate the successful implementation of Bulk’s entire product range, encompassing both new equipment sales and OEM authorized service provider services.
  • Identify leads through assigned territory.
  • Generate and maintain a list of contacts that can be leveraged into effective referrals/introductions at new customers.
  • Work with Accounting Department to keep a healthy A/R aged trial balance.
  • Actively engage/participate in all company marketing/sales campaign efforts.
  • Utilize sales processes implemented by the company.
  • Generate and document a list of prospective customers for use as sales leads and maximize sales to those targets.
  • Implement marketing strategies developed by company and provide feedback on market trends and industry conditions.
  • Manage customer relations.
  • Provide solutions to customers and prospects.
  • Perform necessary administrative work, including documenting & sharing of critical customer information through the CRM program and other acceptable means.
  • Manage budget and expense account within company guidelines.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline within company’s CRM and properly execute credit applications, account setups, proposals/estimates, and the storage of pertinent customer files.
  • Work in tandem with the Field Service Division Managers when generating estimates.
  • Follow the predesigned “Sales Process Steps” outlined by company.
  • Actively participate in reviewing the Pipeline Opportunities with National Director of Sales.
  • Review invoice prior to submitting to assigned customer for payment.
  • Develop relationships with the Field Service Technicians.
  • Work in tandem with the Field Service Regional Manager and Field Service Manager to bring in problems and opportunities to existing customers and prospective customers to develop a resolution timely.
  • Update CRM with timely and accurate customer data daily.
  • Be the trusted advisor to your customers.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and optimal profitability for Bulk.
