We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Rockford, IL. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a mechanical aptitude, and a passion for industrial sales. Previous experience with gaskets, thermal materials, or similar engineered components is highly desirable. This position will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by securing quotes and orders across chemical, pump OEMs, metal mills, mining, oil & gas, and electrical suppliers, with proactive follow-ups via email, phone, and in-person visits.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, targeting prospective accounts and expanding relationships within existing accounts.
  • Lead generation and follow-up maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Execute key company initiatives to drive market expansion and increase sales.
  • Provide technical expertise by effectively explaining and demonstrating product capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key customer and vendor contacts, including purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and senior management.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to track customer interactions, manage leads and opportunities, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Engage with inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and social media outreach.
  • Travel a minimum of 25% to meet with customers and support business development efforts.

    Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
