The Job:
We’re on the hunt for a driven, confident, go‑getter to join our team as a commission‑only sales rep. This isn’t your average sales job—it’s all about creating opportunity, building trust with clients, and closing deals. You’ll earn 9-15% commission on every sale, no cap.
This role is perfect for someone who’s hungry to earn big and enjoys the freedom of setting their own schedule.

What You’ll Earn:

• 9%–15% commission on all sales (Exterior Cleaning + Christmas Lights)
• No limit to how much you can make

What You’ll Do:

• Knock on doors, network, generate and close your own leads
• Follow up with warm leads (when provided)
• Use marketing materials, knowledge, and hustle to close sales
• Educate clients about our services and what sets us apart
• Keep track of sales activity and communicate with our team

• Someone who believes in themselves and can sell with confidence
• Strong communication skills
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
• Comfortable with in‑person and phone‑based selling
• Reliable transportation and availability to travel locally
