Description

Dizario Search is actively searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join our clients established team. This role will oversee a key territory (Mid-West), and focus on driving new business while also maintain and developing current, key accounts. Our client offers a competitive base salary, commission structure, company vehicle, and benefits options.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the chemical, steel, lubrication, or environmental industries.
  • Ability to build trust and develop key accounts.
  • Technical sales experience with the ability to learn new products.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest region on a weekly basis.
  • Bachelor’s Degree & 5(+) years of proven territory sales management experience
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with current customers and the ability to drive new business within multi-site manufacturing operations.
  • Understand client needs, develop & execute action plans, and regularly follow up to ensure product is meeting customer needs.
  • Provide product expertise, technical guidance, and hands-on demonstrations to help customers get the most out of their solutions.
  • Accurately input data into CRM system to ensure KPI’s/metrics are met and exceeded per management expectation.
  • Travel to customer sites to meet with department heads and executive leadership teams to continue developing relationships.
