Bobcaygeon Brewing Company is an expanding Craft Brewery currently located in Peterborough, Ontario, with an additional location under development in Bobcaygeon, Ontario. Bobcaygeon is entering its tenth year of operations and is looking to continue its growth in the local region and beyond by emphasizing our accessible, delicious beers and connection to the outdoors.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR – POSITION SUMMARY

Bobcaygeon Brewing Company is currently seeking applicants for a Sales Representative to cover the Eastern Ontario region, including Kingston, Ottawa and surrounding areas.
The sales representative is responsible for working independently on the road as well as with the existing sales team to grow sales across the region in all areas of the business, including LCBO, The Beer Store, Grocery, Licensee and Agency Stores.
The bulk of the time for this role will be spent in the field, with additional time spent at the Peterborough Brewery as is necessary

WHAT YOU NEED - REQUIREMENTS

· Passion for craft beer
· Previous sales experience an asset
· Self-starter and works well independently, with a strong work ethic
· Excellent time-management skills.
· Detail-oriented
· Friendly, outgoing and passionate attitude
· Ability to work some evenings and weekends
· Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
· Smart Serve certification
· Completion of post-secondary education is an asset

Responsibilities

· Proudly represent the Bobcaygeon Brewing Company brand and ensure our vision and values are maintained in the marketplace
· Develop new relationships with licensees across the territory
· Support existing licensee customers to grow sales and ensure their needs are being met
· Generate new sales within LCBO stores, grocery stores, agency stores, and Beer Stores, including cold-calling, tastings, and general account maintenance
· Implement and fully utilize marketing initiatives to increase consumer loyalty and beer sales for all channels.
· Work with finance team to manage accounts receivables
· Provide regular updates to the VP, Sales on status, leads and growth
· Plan events to represent and market Bobcaygeon Brewing Company
