On behalf of our client, TalentWorld is recruiting a Territory Sales Manager to join a growing and reputable electrical solutions provider in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for a driven and knowledgeable sales professional with experience in the electrical industry who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining existing customer accounts, securing new business, and promoting a wide range of electrical products. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendor partners to support customer needs and deliver timely, tailored solutions. Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular and scheduled calls on assigned accounts
  • Promote products and provide technical support to customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through relationship-based selling
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate project quoting and tracking
  • Provide regular updates on account performance using available tools
  • Collaborate with management to establish and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Represent the company in scheduled sales meetings and manufacturer trainings
  • Support collections by working with the credit department on accounts receivable
  • Stay current on market trends and new product offerings

Territory Sales Manager Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in the electrical industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills

Employment Details:

  • Location: Dartmouth, NS
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, full time days
