Responsibilities:
- In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about our product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prospect new customers, understand their needs, while also providing ongoing service to existing customers: fostering trust relationships and customer loyalty.
- Plan and implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations including with surgeons, hospital administration and purchasing departments.
- With the product and clinical knowledge you’ve developed, you will inform, advise and train medical and surgical professionals also during demonstrations. You will also provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.
- Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers also during order follow-up and after-sales.
- Participate congresses, seminars and business meetings to identify potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.
- Work closely with Trauma team members and also with peers of other divisions of Stryker towards cross-departmental opportunities.
