Description

Description Territory Sales Manager – Midwest Region & Northeast World Brand #1 Calves Raised Annually ~2 Million Of Innovation (2026) 50 Years Midwest & Northeast A Once-in-a-Generation Opportunity If you're in the dairy and cattle space — you already know what this means. Calf-Tel is the name on the hutch. The brand producers trust. The standard that the rest of the industry measures itself against. And now, for the first time in years, we have an opening for a Territory Sales Manager to own the Midwest & Northeast— one of the most dynamic and influential dairy markets in the world. This isn't a role for someone who needs to learn the industry. This is a role for someone who already has the relationships, knows the operations, and is ready to carry the most respected brand in calf housing into the next chapter of its story. Who We Are Hampel's Calf-Tel is the #1 brand in plastic calf housing worldwide. Behind the roughly two million calves raised in Calf-Tel housing every year, there's a farm — and those farms, whether home to 10 head or 10,000, set the direction for everything we do. We're not just selling hutches. We're helping producers raise healthier calves, run leaner operations, and build better herds. Calf-Tel is a subsidiary of Hampel Corporation, celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2026 — one of the largest manufacturers of large-format, deep-draw, heavy-gauge plastic thermoformed products in North America. Our legacy is built on quality that lasts decades, and relationships that run just as deep. The Role As Territory Sales Manager for the Midwest & Northeast, you will be the face of Calf-Tel across one of the largest dairy regions of the US in addition to a territory that is ripe with agricultural science academia. You'll work directly with dairy operations, big and small, large calf ranches, and distribution partners. You will leverage both your experience and smarts developing new accounts, deepening existing relationships, and growing market share in a region that demands real credibility. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role. You'll report directly to senior leadership and have the full backing of Hampel Corporation's 50 years of manufacturing excellence behind every conversation you have. What You'll Do • Own and grow the Midwest and Northeast territories. • Build and maintain relationships with the region's largest calf ranches, dairy producers, and livestock supply distributors • Identify, prospect, and close new business at scale, targeting opportunities that drive both volume and revenue. • Serve as a trusted advisor to producers, understanding their calf-raising programs and recommending the right Calf-Tel solutions • Attend and represent Calf-Tel at regional trade shows, livestock expos, and industry events • Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting to leadership • Collaborate with Hampel's marketing and product teams to relay field intelligence and customer feedback • Travel extensively throughout the defined territories — this is a boots-on-the-ground role Requirements Who You Are You don't need us to explain what a calf hutch is — or why dairy operations need our product to raise a future herd. You've been in this world. You know the players. • You already have established relationships with dairies, calf-ranches and distributor • 5+ years of agricultural sales experience, with a focus on dairy, beef cattle, or livestock equipment • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a territory-based role • Deep familiarity with calf-raising practices, herd health programs, and the operational demands of large-scale cattle production • Relationships with university ag programs, professors, ag academia a plus • You're a self-starter who thrives without hand-holding — you know how to manage a territory and close deals • Strong communicator with the credibility and presence to sit across from a 10,000-head operation and earn their business • Willingness to travel 50–70% of throughout the defined territories • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, or equivalent field experience What We Offer • Competitive base salary + performance-based commission structure • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance • Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) • Expense account for travel and customer entertainment • The backing of the #1 brand in calf housing — your product sells itself to anyone who knows cattle • Direct access to senior leadership and a voice in shaping the company's direction in the Southwest • A family-owned company culture built on 50 years of integrity, quality, and relationships Ready to REPRESENT the #1 Brand in Calf Housing? If you've spent your career in the dairy & ag space — and you've been looking for an opportunity worthy of the relationships you've built — this is it. Hampel's Calf-Tel doesn't hire for territory roles often. When we do, we hire the best. Apply today and tell us about the territory you know and the operations you've worked with. We'll take it from there. Hampel Corporation | Calf-Tel Division | Celebrating 50 Years of Excellence — 2026
