Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM records, and performance reports to ensure transparency and accountability. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams across marketing, technical delivery, and support to ensure smooth onboarding and client experience. Renewals and Retention: Monitor contract terms and proactively manage renewal conversations to ensure client continuity. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and evolving client needs to position Nexus IT as a leading provider. Key Success Factors Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed revenue and margin goals. Client-First Mentality: Demonstrate empathy, authenticity, and trust in every client interaction.
