Job Title: Sales Manager, Nobel Biocare – KSA

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Position Overview: The Sales Manager for Nobel Biocare in KSA will be a key driver of our strategic growth and market penetration within the region. This dynamic role involves managing key accounts to foster robust, long-term relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will spearhead efforts to identify and acquire new customers across the private, public, institutional, and dental service organization (DSO) segments, significantly expanding Nobel Biocare’s footprint in the market.

In addition, the role demands a strategic approach to competitive conversions, effectively articulating and showcasing the unique value proposition of Nobel Biocare products to end users. A critical component of this position includes overseeing the distributor in KSA, ensuring seamless alignment with Nobel Biocare’s operational plan and strategy.

The Sales Manager will be instrumental in implementing and executing strategic initiatives that drive business objectives, enhance customer engagement, and cultivate a collaborative environment with local teams. This role requires a proactive mindset, keen market analysis, and a deep understanding of customer needs to develop tailored solutions that meet and exceed expectations

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPEREINCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required (Dental/Oral Health/Science/technical background highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales management, with a preference for +5 years of experience within the medical or dental sectors.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Nobel Biocare products and their unique value proposition.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, training, and customer service.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and distributor relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in technical support and digital tools.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers across the private, public, institutional, and dental service organization (DSO) segments, expanding the market presence of Nobel Biocare.
  • Competitive Conversion: Drive competitive conversions by effectively communicating the value proposition of Nobel Biocare products to end users.
  • Distributor Management: Oversee the distributor in KSA, ensuring alignment with Nobel Biocare’s operational plan and strategy.
  • Value Proposition: Delivery of the full value proposition of Nobel Biocare with the support of the regional marketing, training and education and other supporting functions.
  • Operational Implementation: Implement Nobel Biocare’s operational plan and strategy within the region.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor the regulatory status of existing products within KSA in collaboration with the regional RA team and manage the registration of new innovations with the regional RA team
