We’re seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to lead growth and deliver exceptional customer support across Scotland. In this role, you’ll take ownership of all sales activity within your region, foster strong relationships with clients, and represent the business with professionalism and in-depth product knowledge.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the veterinary or animal health sector, with the confidence to work independently while playing a key role within a collaborative UK-wide team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant knowledge/experience within the veterinary sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM systems
  • Able to cover the full Scottish territory
  • Full product training and ongoing support provided by the National Sales Manager and technical team
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers across Scotland.
  • Manage all sales activities in your territory, including enquiries, quotes, orders, and follow-ups.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support strategies to boost sales and retention.
  • Deliver professional product demonstrations, negotiations, and installations.
  • Handle technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when needed.
  • Plan and manage your own schedule, client visits, expenses, and reporting.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities using the company CRM.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge to support effective sales and customer engagement.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events in Ireland and occasionally the UK.
