We’re looking for a passionate Territory Sales Manager who thrives on travel, values customer relationships, and has a genuine connection to agriculture. This role offers the freedom to be based anywhere in the region, with 2–3 nights away per week, giving you the autonomy to plan your own travel and manage your own schedule. It’s like running your own little business - 80% of your time will be spent working independently, building strong relationships and driving growth across our reseller network. Trusted quality regional Australian Made product range About the Role As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be the face of Thunderbird in your region, responsible for managing a portfolio of rural resellers and end users. You’ll be on the road, getting acquainted with your network, enhancing existing stores, and helping maintain the incredible growth we’ve seen in this area. You’ll deliver training, implement promotions, and ensure professional merchandising standards - all with a can-do attitude and attention to detail that reflects the old-school sales rep spirit. You will report to the National Sales Manager and be a vital part of our Commercial Team. Key Responsibilities Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets for your territory Maintain a 4–6 week visitation cycle with resellers Support local events and in-store activations Deliver staff training and maintain strong product knowledge Ensure POS displays are professionally presented Manage stock levels and merchandising to maximise turnover Provide competitor and market insights to head office Collaborate with the Commercial and Customer Service teams Complete administrative and reporting duties in line with company policy About You You’re an energetic self-starter who loves being on the road and connecting with rural communities. You come from a customer-focussed background, enjoy autonomy, and have a knack for building lasting business relationships. Our ideal candidate is passionate about agriculture – but this is not essential. If you’ve got the attitude, energy and chops – we want to hear from you.
